YOU ARE NOT ALONE

20 Million Men, One Simple Fix

Low testosterone (hypogonadism) affects an estimated 20 million American men ages 20–65.4,5 Testosterone deficiency is a medical condition – not a normal part of aging – and it is treatable.
Why is hypogonadism underdiagnosed?
Ask AI
The majority of men with low testosterone (hypogonadism) remain undiagnosed because symptoms — fatigue, low libido, weight gain, mood changes — are commonly attributed to stress or aging rather than a treatable medical condition. A blood test is the only way to confirm the diagnosis.

Bypasses Your Liver, By Design

Previous generations of oral testosterone were processed through the liver, creating toxicity risks that made them unsafe for long-term use. KYZATREX uses a Self-Emulsifying Drug Delivery System (SEDDS) to route testosterone through the intestinal lymphatic system, bypassing the liver entirely. It is not a 17-alpha-alkylated androgen. It is not associated with the hepatotoxicity risks of older oral testosterone agents.
Not 17-alpha-alkylated
KYZATREX's formulation is fundamentally different from older oral testosterone agents.
No known liver toxicity risk
Not associated with the liver damage risks of previous-generation oral testosterone.
KYZATREX is not known to cause hepatic adverse effects. However, patients should report any signs of hepatic dysfunction (e.g., nausea or vomiting, jaundice, dark urine, or abdominal pain). If these occur, call your doctor right away and discontinue KYZATREX.

KYZATREX is an immediate-release oral testosterone undecanoate. It is absorbed through the lymphatic system, where the body then uses it to replace testosterone lost due to various medical conditions.

Diagnosing Low T involves a review of your medical history and simple lab tests (done in the morning) to measure your Total Testosterone (Total T) and Free Testosterone (Free T), as well as Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), which affects the availability of Free T. Total T gives an overall level, while Free T shows the testosterone available for your body’s use. High SHBG can lower Free T, impacting its availability. Your doctor may suggest these tests and follow-up labs to monitor your testosterone levels over time, ensuring your treatment is accurately tailored to your needs.
